Level 5 Training

Level 5 Training is an essential component to changing the customer service culture in your organization.  Thes courses are enjoyable and interactive as Dr. David I. Stine trains students with a motivational, yet non-traditional style.

Level 5 Training Streams

Your organization will have training in four different streams over a two year time period.  These streams include: Store Management, Store Supervisors, Store Level 5 Leaders (Web), and Store Associates.

Training Time Frame

These four streams of training are covered with a day course for each stream on a semi-annual basis for two years.

These courses are scheduled six months apart in order to gain maximum cultural impact and retention.
